Public data is not proprietary
NX MIND does not claim ownership of public federal procurement information.
Data Sources & Evidence
NX MIND combines public federal procurement data, opportunity documents, award history, classification data, and information about your business to create structured, company-specific decision context.
The data may be public. The decision structure built around your company is not generic.

01 / Public Foundation
NX MIND begins with public procurement information and the evidence available around an opportunity. These sources provide the foundation. They are not, by themselves, the product’s differentiation.
Six independent inputsOne structured decision context
Active and historical federal opportunity information, notices, dates, and available solicitation materials.
Opportunity recordHistorical federal award information used to establish award, agency, recipient, and market context.
Award contextFederal product, service, and industry classifications used to establish opportunity and market context.
ClassificationAvailable solicitation documents and attachments that may contain requirements, instructions, evaluation information, and other opportunity-specific evidence.
RequirementsAdditional publicly available information may be used when relevant to the opportunity or market being analyzed.
Supporting contextCompany profile information supplied to NX MIND helps evaluate public opportunity information in the context of the contractor reviewing it.
Capability & eligibilityPublic sources are read as evidence, not republished as a directory. NX MIND does not claim ownership of public federal procurement information.
02 / NX MIND Decision Layer
The same federal opportunity does not represent the same pursuit decision for every contractor. What follows is the order in which evidence becomes a recommendation — not the formula behind it.
Capability and eligibility are resolved before anything is scored.
Requirements are extracted from the documents that state them, and kept linked to their source.
Market structure and award history decide whether the pursuit deserves scarce capacity.
The modules resolve into one recommendation — and the reasoning that produced it.
Every recommendation carries its evidence count and the logic version that produced it.

Decision logic
NX MIND evaluates an opportunity in the context of the company reviewing it. Company profile data, opportunity evidence, historical award context, competitive concentration, contract-value context, market structure, and other relevant decision parameters are processed through NX MIND’s versioned backend logic.

What produces the score
The score is not generated by AI.
NX MIND’s fit and recommendation score is calculated through versioned backend decision logic. AI is used separately for evidence-constrained summary and synthesis rather than as an autonomous scoring engine.
Score
Backend decision logic
Deterministic and versioned. The same inputs and the same logic version produce the same result — including the eligibility gates a high score cannot override.
AI Summary
Evidence-constrained synthesis
Reads and summarizes the evidence NX MIND already holds. It is constrained to that evidence and designed not to invent facts that are not there.
03 / Contractor-Specific Memory
As teams evaluate opportunities over time, NX MIND can preserve structured decision signals that public procurement databases do not contain.
Isolated decisionsInstitutional decision memory
Captured todayRecording the call and the reason behind it is part of the product today. The accumulated record below is where this is going.
| Opportunity | Decision | Reason | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opportunity 01 | Submitted | Capability confirmed | Awarded to us |
| Opportunity 02 | Skipped | Insufficient capacity | Awarded elsewhere |
| Opportunity 03 | Watched | Awaiting amendment | Cancelled |
| Opportunity 04 | Not submitted | Deadline too short | Expired |
| Opportunity 05 | Submitted | Partner closed the gap | Awarded elsewhere |
| Opportunity 06 | Skipped | Eligibility unresolved | Unknown |
The call, and the reason recorded with it.
Whether the pursuit actually consumed proposal capacity, and why.
Awarded to us, awarded elsewhere, cancelled, expired, unknown.
Where a requirement needed a partner your company did not have.
Where your team disagreed with the recommendation — and what happened next.
How early in the response window the call was made.
Which version of the decision logic produced the recommendation.
These are contractor-specific organizational signals. They are created by your team, and they do not exist in any external government dataset.
The compounding loop
Public procurement data is available to every contractor in the market. The record of how your organization evaluates, pursues, corrects and learns from opportunities belongs only to you — and it is the part that accumulates.
A note on calibration
NX MIND’s current scoring system is rule-based and versioned. NX MIND does not claim self-learning machine learning in production today. Adaptive calibration becomes relevant only after sufficient real-world decision and outcome volume exists.
Traceability
NX MIND is designed around evidence-backed decision support. Source information, extracted requirements, market context, company-specific factors, and the conclusions built from them should remain distinguishable.
Available source information comes first.
The same federal opportunity does not represent the same pursuit decision for every contractor.
Decision logic can evolve while preserving the context under which earlier recommendations were produced.
Clear boundaries
NX MIND does not claim ownership of public federal procurement information.
The score is produced by versioned backend decision logic.
NX MIND does not imply that every public source or opportunity document is necessarily complete, current, or error-free.
NX MIND does not represent its current production scoring system as continuously self-training machine learning.
NX MIND turns fragmented opportunity evidence into repeatable decision structure — while preserving the context created by how your organization evaluates, pursues, corrects, and learns from opportunities over time.
