X MIND Terms of Service
Welcome to NX MIND (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our lead capture platform and related services offered via https://nxmind.com (the “Service”), currently in its pre-launch phase.
By submitting your contact information through our lead collection forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service or provide your information.
1. Service Overview
NX MIND is currently under development. The Service consists of a digital form allowing interested users to register their interest in our upcoming decision intelligence platform for federal contractors.
By registering interest, users authorize NX MIND to collect and store contact data for the purpose of future communication regarding platform updates, availability, and onboarding opportunities.
The platform’s core modules — including Entry Mapping, RFQ Simulation, and Agency Behavior Mapping — are currently in development and are not yet accessible to the public.
2. Communications
By submitting your information, you agree to receive future communications from NX MIND, including product updates, onboarding invitations, and launch announcements. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.
3. Use of Collected Information
Information submitted via our lead form will only be used to:
- Inform you about NX MIND’s development progress
- Invite you to participate in early access programs or pilots
- Offer onboarding materials upon launch
We will not sell, rent, or disclose your contact information to third parties outside of what is required for internal operations and development-related outreach.
4. No Account Creation or Purchases
As the platform is not yet operational, no accounts, purchases, or subscriptions are available at this stage. Once NX MIND goes live, additional Terms will be published outlining account creation, billing, content use, and subscription policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared on our website and lead forms (including branding, concepts, and proposed features) is the property of NX MIND. No use or reproduction of content is permitted without express written consent.
6. Changes to Terms
NX MIND reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users who have submitted their contact information will be notified of any material changes via email.
