How does the Entry Mapping tool work?
Upload your SAM.gov profile or business info. NX MIND maps your certifications, NAICS, and business type to eligibility rules — then shows you what you can bid today and what certifications will unlock more.
What is the QuickScore Bid/No-Bid Engine?
Upload any RFQ and NX MIND scores it for eligibility, risk, fit, and reward — returning a confidence score (0–100) and a simple “Bid / Consider / Skip” recommendation.
Can NX MIND summarize long RFQs?
Yes. Upload or paste a solicitation, and the RFQ Summarizer condenses it into an executive-friendly brief: deadlines, complexity tags, certification fit, and bid signal.
What data does the Agency Behavior Mapping use?
We use multi-year award history from SAM.gov, USAspending, and FPDS to identify patterns by set-aside type, award structure, timing, and NAICS code for each agency — then deliver actionable “Affinity Scores.”
Can I just use one module?
Absolutely. While all modules are included in your subscription, many users activate one at a time — like starting with eligibility checks or RFQ summaries.

How much does NX MIND cost?
$249/user/month or $2,490/user/year (2 months free). No setup fees, hidden costs, or required integrations. All modules included.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new user gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer discounts for teams or small businesses?
Yes. Early-stage firms can apply for our Founders Circle, which includes 20% off, bonus services, and priority support. Team pricing is also available.
What kind of support do I get?
All users get email support, guided onboarding materials, and access to strategy advisors. Founders Circle and enterprise users receive priority support and roadmap previews.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before renewal. Annual plans are non-refundable but transferable to other users within your team.
Security, Data Handling & Compliance
Is my data secure with NX MIND?
Yes. We use encrypted data storage and follow best-in-class practices for vendor-side information security. RFQs and profiles are not stored without consent.
Do you store uploaded RFQs?
RFQs are processed in-session and deleted unless you choose to save them to your dashboard. We do not retain data by default.
Is NX MIND compliant with federal security standards?
We’re architected to support FAR-sensitive workflows and working toward full CMMC readiness for enterprise tiers. No sensitive contract data is stored at rest without user control.
